Board of Directors: The Pav YMCA is seeking professional individuals and community leaders to serve on its volunteer Board of Directors. This is a working board which meets monthly at the Pav YMCA. Responsibilities of the Board include our annual Teeter Award Celebration & Dinner Dance and active participation as community advocates for the Pav YMCA and its mission. Additional opportunities exist in active committees which advice and counsel on programming and administrative issues.

Job Opportunities:

Aquatic Coordinator: Under director leadership and supervision of the Aquatic Director, manages the day-to-day operations of the pool, including direct supervision of the swim lesson program and lifeguards. Schedule may vary, but will mainly be afternoons, evenings and Saturday mornings. Schedule is subject to change due to special events or uncovered shifts. Head Swim Team Coach:Responsible for the direction and coordination of all activities of the Pav YMCA Poseidon swim team. Emphasis is placed on teaching stroke technique, developing endurance, building character, promoting sportsmanship, team spirit, and positive self worth, while providing an enjoyable experience.
